With nearly three decades of experience in engineering, Jason brings a unique skill set to his new venture. What makes Jason’s story truly unique is the involvement of his family in the business. His son, Caleb Dukes, is joining the team as the primary Design Associate. Caleb, who is set to graduate from Indiana University with a business degree, is eager to learn the ropes and contribute to the growth of the family business. “This is more than just a business for us—it’s an opportunity to build a legacy together,” Jason shared. “Caleb’s education and passion for business will be invaluable as we grow and expand.”

Jason’s father, Benny Dukes, is also part of the team, providing warehouse maintenance and installation support. “Having my dad and son by my side makes this venture even more meaningful,” Jason added. “We’re not just building a business; we’re building something that can last for generations.”
