When my wife and I started our family in 2021, we knew we wanted to come back to Indianapolis to be near our extended family and give our son the same great upbringing I had,” Travis shared. “Floor Coverings International offered the perfect blend of local ownership and corporate support, aligning with my values of integrity, commitment, and community involvement.”

Travis’s background in project management and customer service has prepared him to excel in this new venture. “My corporate experience taught me the importance of discipline, attention to detail, and putting the customer first,” he explained. “These skills are directly transferable to running a successful flooring business.” He has partnered with another Indianapolis native, Brent Gray, who leads the production department. Brent comes to FCI with more than 20 years of experience installing and leading flooring installation crews. He has a keen eye for detail and ensures that all installations meet rigidly high standards of precision and detail to ensure customers are “wowed” by their new floors and get years of enjoyment and value from the investment they made updating their home’s flooring.
