Squared Circle Expo is 2 Months Away

Squared Circle Expo V comes to Indy 4/25-26. This 2-day convention includes many wrestling legends and stars, Q&A's, panels and much more.

Squared Circle Expo returns to Indianapolis April 25-26. Of course, I'll be there, but more importantly, more than 70 wrestling stars and legends have already announced they will be there.

The guest list is an amazing mix of Hall of Famers and superstars from every major past and present company. There will be folks from WWE, TNA, WCW, AWA, NWA, WCCW, Japan and others. Highlights on that list include these SCX champs:

Of special note on that list are SCX title holders.
SCX Champion – Nic Nemeth
SCX Tag Team Champions – The Newest Rockers (Kal Herro and Al Snow)
SCX Women's Champion – Freya the Slaya
SCX Prime Champion – Ben Bishop

The rest of the list includes Allie, Arn Anderson, Ash By Elegance and that's just from the A's. You can see the full list at SquaredCircleX.com. Be prepared though. It is lengthy and very impressive.

When I go back and look at the files of pictures I have taken with wrestlers at SCX, I am amazed at the amount and popularity. It should take years and much effort to get this many, yet I did it in just four weekends at previous SCX. This year I will add to that list, but more importantly, my memories. I have sprinkled in some of my favorite pictures over the years.

Speaking of memories, it's not just the wrestlers that I recall so fondly. I have shared so many great times with friends at SCX, some of whom I met at a previous SCX.

I have been to all four SCX. As a four-timer (soon to join Club 5), I have some advice for first-timers. Don't worry. There will be plenty of time to get to every wrestler you want to see, although obviously, some lines will be longer than others. My other advice for newbies is to bring plenty of cash or whatever you plan to spend. There are ATMs, but they will run out. Don't be left out. Come prepared. Lastly, the on-site restaurant Nicolino's is quite good and you will probably even see some wrestlers in there. Try not to bother them when they are eating though.

As usual, SCX will take place at Wyndham Indianapolis West, 2544 Executive Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241. Convention hours are Friday 4 pm - 10 pm (after hours events until 1am) and Saturday 11 am - 6 pm (after hours events until 1 am). There's also a full wrestling card on Saturday night.

I will provide updates here until SCX starts and then I will recap the weekend. I hope to see a lot of old friends and make new ones.
