  1. Three are dead after a shooting on the northwest side of town. Police responded to a call just after 1:30 p.m. yesterday. According to police, the shooting occurred in the 5300 block of Holly Springs Drive West. No other details are available at this time. (WISH TV Indianapolis, IN)
  2. Acreage is looking more expensive lately as Indiana's farmland prices hit a historical high. According to the Purdue University Farmland Value and Cash Rents Survey, farmland prices rose 13 percent between 2020 and 2021, and the cost per acre is nearly double what it was.
