• Man in burning Lafayette house in November dies over the weekend (jconline.com) — A Lafayette man who was critically injured in a Nov. 15 house fire on Wise Drive has died from his burns at Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis. Fire investigators say the blaze started in a back bedroom on the city’s south side, killing several pets and injuring a woman who has since been released. The cause remains under investigation as evidence is analyzed in a lab.
