• SIA Foundation breaks records, including most grants awarded (journalreview.com) — Lafayette-based Subaru of Indiana Automotive’s SIA Foundation just awarded a record 23 capital grants totaling more than $166,000, with several going to Tippecanoe County organizations. Local recipients include East Tipp Middle School, Lafayette Family YMCA, Linnwood Early Learning Center, the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office, and more, funding everything from digital microscopes to new AEDs and computers. 
• Oscar Cluff's unreal performance leads Purdue basketball vs Marquette (jconline.com) — Purdue fans in West Lafayette saw transfer center Oscar Cluff dominate Marquette at Mackey Arena, pouring in 22 points on perfect shooting with 11 rebounds in a 79–59 win. Braden Smith added 10 assists as the Boilermakers tightened their defense and pulled away before halftime, giving local fans another glimpse of a potential title contender.
