Police from Carmel, Fishers, and Indianapolis coordinated search warrants and the arrest after shots were reportedly fired early Sunday near West 97th Street, though no injuries were reported.
   

5. City of Westfield appoints new department directors (youarecurrent.com) — A former assistant director of economic development for Noblesville, Chuck Haberman, has been tapped to lead economic development for the City of Westfield starting in January. He’ll carry over experience from Noblesville and ongoing roles with Ivy Tech Hamilton County, Invest Hamilton County, and the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce.
