With experience in marketing and community engagement, he’ll work with city leaders, businesses, and volunteers to strengthen partnerships, support merchants, and enhance everyday life for residents in the city’s core.
   

• Noblesville Ahead of Slow Market (thetimes24-7.com) — Noblesville’s housing market stayed unusually strong this November, with closed home sales up 14 percent and a median price of $427,500 despite typical holiday slowdowns. Homes here sold in 26 days, and the report compares Noblesville’s performance with Hamilton County and the wider Central Indiana market to help buyers and sellers gauge local conditions.
   

• Cicero Gets More Than $400,000 for Roads (thetimes24-7.com) — Noblesville residents are indirectly affected as nearby Cicero secures more than $426,000 in state matching funds to repair local roads and bridges through Indiana’s Community Crossings program. State Sen. Scott Baldwin, whose district includes Noblesville, says the grant strengthens regional transportation networks that connect Hamilton County communities.
