WHAT: Community information session about the proposed ordinance for a Historic Preservation Commission for Zionsville.

WHEN: Tuesday, March 8 at 6 p.m.

WHERE: Zionsville Town Hall, 1100 W. Oak Street (first floor). The information session will also be streamed on Town’s YouTube with a recording available after.

WHY: The newly drafted Historic Preservation Commission ordinance would allow the opportunity for any area in Zionsville to be considered for a conservation or historic district. Town Councilor Joe Culp will lead the meeting, and representatives from Indiana Landmarks and the Town’s zoning consultant (McKenna) will participate. A previous session on this topic took place in 2021. This meeting will provide updates to the process and the proposed ordinance.
