John Fry, 33, Roland, was charged with third-degree theft at 3:13 p.m.

Garrett Meyer, 24, Sholden Avenue, was charged with public consumption at 12:20 a.m.

Steven Meyers, 31, Ankeny, was charged with operation while intoxicated, first offense at 1:55 a.m.

Gary Miller, 59, homeless, was charged with public consumption at 7:11 p.m.

Robert Newhouse, 23, East 190^th Street, was charged with driving while barred at 2:45 a.m.

Richard Scuoteguazza, 50, Tripp Street, was charged with public intoxication, second offense at 3:14 a.m.

Paul Snyder, 27, Mulberry Boulevard, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 5:30 a.m.

Desmon Turner, 26, Toronto Street, was charged with failure to provide security and driving while barred at 8:10 p.m.

July 8

Joshua Allen, 26, University Village, was charged with public intoxication at 11:03 p.m.

Benjamin Irland, 26, Grinnell, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:21 a.m.

Gary Lytton, 66, Marshalltown, was charged with open container and operating while intoxicated, second offense; at 12:53 a.m.

July 9

Ebony Hargrow, 29, Tripp Street, was charged with forgery at 8 p.m.
