Aug. 24

Quentil Miller, 19, Ontario Avenue, was charged with public intoxication at 11:55 p.m.

Thomas Moore, 22, S. 16^th Street, was charged with domestic abuse and fifth-degree criminal mischief at 8 p.m.

Aug. 25

Jordan Babler, 20, Lincoln Way, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 6:36 a.m.

Bradley Boden, 18, Indianola, was charged with public consumption and drug paraphernalia, at 2 a.m.

Mary Coughenour, 41, Maxwell, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 11:10 p.m.

Elizabeth Gazda, 22, Frederickson Court, was charged with providing alcohol to people under 21 years old at 9:30 p.m.

Joshua Germain, 29, Polaris Drive, was charged with domestic abuse, assault, operating while intoxicated, second offense; driving while license denied, operating while intoxicated; second offense, and violation of a protective order, at 5:30 a.m.

Manuel Gutierrez, 21, Des Moines, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:17 a.m.

Lucas Kerns, 19, Foxley Drive, was charge with possession of alcohol under legal age, public consumption and interference with official acts, at 12:23 a.m.

Jared Lambertz, 19, Fort Dodge, was charged with drug paraphernalia and possession of alcohol under legal age and possession of a controlled substance; at 7:45 p.m.

Trevor Langholdt, 19, Maple, was charged with public consumption at 6 a.m.

Adrian Montero, 19, Des Moines, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:17 a.m.

Dustin Smothers, 29, Grand Avenue, was charged with public intoxication at 2:15 a.m.

Tommy York, 34, Delaware Avenue, was charged with assault causing bodily injury, and failure to serve jail time, at 2:49 a.m.

Aug. 26

Brandt Brenneman, 21, Coconino Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 1:34 a.m.

Talie Christian, 19, Grand Avenue, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense, at 12:13 a.m.

Caroline Enriquez, 20, Dickenson Ave., was charged with public consumption at 3:25 a.m.

Bret Lang, 30, Algona, was charged with public intoxication at 4:42 p.m.

Alexander Ortiz, 21, Billy Sunday Road, was charged with public consumption at 4:14 a.m.

Aug. 27

Alexander Keefe, 24, Colorado, was charged with public intoxication at 3:55 a.m.

Phoebe Ryan, 19, Marshalltown, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 11 p.m.

Talie Christian, 19, Grand Avenue, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 12:13 a.m.
