July 25

Daphne Clarks, 18, Ellsworth, was charged with public consumption.

Chelsea Jacques, 23, Jarrett Circle, was charged with driving while license denied.

Robert Jarvis, 20, Crawford Ave., was charged with public intoxication, first offense.

Samuel Lyon, 31, E. 13^th Street, was charged with public intoxication, first offense.

Zachary Webster, 27, Clark Avenue, was charged with public intoxication.

Jacob Bingham, 22, Heathrow Drive, was charged with public intoxication, third-offense; and failure to serve jail time.

July 27

Lewis Ball, 21, Grand Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct.
