Kayla Erps, 19, Mortensen Road, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense at 4:38 a.m.

Gabino Galvan-Contreras, 35, Lincoln Swing, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense and child endangerment at 9:47 a.m. The charges stem from a warrant in 2005.
