Red Cross Swimming Lessons

Ames Parks and Recreation will offer evening swimming lessons through the Red Cross. Class offerings include Parent/child, pre-school, and Red Cross Levels 1-6 lessons. The spring session of classes is March 19-April12, Classes will be held Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday between 6:45-8:05 pm at Municipal Pool. The summer sessions of indoor lessons are June 4-14 and Jun 18-28. Lessons are offered Monday through Thursday between 9:00 am-11:50 am at Municipal Pool. Outdoor lessons at the Furman Aquatic Center are held July 9-19 and July 23-Aug 2, Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 am-10:40 am. Registration fee is $35-38 ($50-53 for Non-Residents) depending on the class.
