A smaller and less private two bedroom, one bath home is listed at $49,900. The condominium is at 814 Duff Avenue.

And the price of what was once one of the listed on AOL's real estate site has dropped even lower. The three-bedroom, one bath home at 4404 Todd Drive is now listed at $60,000.
