Obama's Campaign Releases Details On Boone Visit (Updated)

Actor Ryan Phillippe will had out tickets to Obama's Boone event. Guests are expected to arrive in Boone at 3 p.m. Monday for Obama's afternoon speech at Herman Park Pavilion in Boone.

President Barack Obama's campaign has released more details about his visit to Boone on Monday. 

He will appear at the Herman Park Pavilion at 621 S. Greene Street between 3:30 and 6:30 p.m.

People who would like to attend must pick up tickets Saturday at the Obama for America Iowa Office in Boone on Saturday. The office will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and tickets will be handed out on a first come first served basis. The office is located at 818 8th Street in Boone.

Parking will be available at DMACC Boone Campus (1125 Hancock Drive, Boone.) People are asked to arrive by 3 p.m. Shuttle bus transportation will be available to and from the event.
