Young families will gather for an educational session at McFarland Park held from noon to 1 p.m. Fridays. This program is free and appropriate for children of all ages; bringing a picnic lunch is optional. Children must be accompanied by an adult.  In the event of rain, the programs will be held inside the conservation center.  No pre-registration required. Turtles will be the topic of the day July 22 and possums will be the focus of the July 29 event.
