Iowa State Center's annual presentation of the The Nutcracker Ballet takes place 1:30 and 7 p.m. Dec. 10 and 1:30 p.m. Dec. 11. Tickets are $18 and $20.
The event features local talent and professional principal dancers Joy Voelker and Adrian Danchig-Waring. Joy showcases her talents in the role of the Sugar Plum Fairy, and Adrian dances the part of her Cavalier.
