The public is invited to the 2012 World Day of Prayer service at Northminster Presbyterian Church, 1416 20th Street (across from Ames High School) on Friday, March 2, at 7:00 p.m.
The theme of the service is “Let Justice Prevail,” written by the Women in Malaysia organization. Participants from Malaysia, Korea and the United States will lead worship with music, prayer, and reflection.
A free-will offering will help fund grants to address human suffering and injustice throughout the world. Refreshments and fellowship will follow the service. Childcare will be available and Northminster’s facility is accessible, with designated parking on the east side of the church.
