Memorials Set for ISU Professor Barbara Mack This Week

Friends and family have planned three services to remember , an  professor who died Aug. 23, according to Iowa State University News Service.

The first took place Saturday during the  home opener versus the Tulsa Golden Hurricanes. Fans were asked to observe a moment of silence in memory of Mack before the game.

Iowa State students, colleagues and friends will hold a campus memorial observance 2:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, near the Campanile. And Mack’s family and friends will gather at 2 p.m. Sept. 9 at.

Gifts or memorial donations should be directed to the Animal Rescue League of Iowa, Friends of Iowa Public Television, or ISU’s Greenlee School of Journalism and Communication.
