Watch the Fourth of July Fireworks at Reiman Gardens
One way to celebrate Fourth of July in Ames.

Due to a technical difficulty the Ames Jaycees fireworks show will take place Tuesday July 3. Reiman Gardens has also switched the day of its event.
will be open all day Tuesday for the Fourth of July starting at 9 a.m. and visitors will also be able to watch the Ames Jaycees fireworks show from the garden that evening, Tuesday July 3.
The Butterfly Wing will close at 4:30 p.m., but throughout the day, guests can walk the grounds, explore the “Some Assembly Required” displays, and see the : LEGO® Brick Sculpture Show.

Patrons will be able to bring their coolers and picnic baskets so long as they don't contain alcohol or fireworks, which are not permitted on the Gardens’ grounds. CoHorts members and Iowa State University students can enter the garden free. Everyone else has to pay the price of admission.
