Ankeny Police Blotter: Burglary, Abandoned Car and a Falling Postal Worker

 On April 20 a resident reported a burglary at SE Chaparal Drive.

On April 19, a burglary was reported to a vehicle at SE Delaware Avenue.

On April 19, a burglary was reported to a building at NE Trilein Drive.

On April 19, vandalism was reported to a window.

A red Mitsubishi Galant was found abandoned behind a building and stuck in the mud.

An employee reported that photos were taken of a bank.

A man reported that a driver in a white car ran down his mail box.

A woman reported she was sprayed with sewer drainage.

A postal worker reported that she fell running from a dog.

A man reported that his girlfriend urinated in the shower.

A strong odor of marijuana was reported from various apartments.

A caller reported that a man was entering homes that were under construction. The man told police he was just looking for rocks.
