Bobby John Bennett, 42, Fort Dodge, was charged with third-degree theft, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a prescription drug at 1002 SE National Drive at 12:36 a.m.

April 18

Andrew Paul Beatty, 38, SW Ridgeway Court, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 10:18 p.m.

Syndi Raina Putnam, 20, SW Woodland Court, was charged with attempting to elude and speeding at 4:50 a.m. at NW Irvinedale Drive.

April 19

Teri Lynn Goins, 44, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense; at 12:12 a.m.

Nathan Michael Frick, 23, SW Pleasant Street, was charged with driving while licensed revoked or denied at 8:43 p.m.

Marlo Hand, 41, was charged with domestic abuse assault with injury at 10:28 p.m. According to a calls for service report Hand slapped his girlfriend across the face.

April 20

Dewayne Edward Rowley, 46, Pleasant Hill, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:27 a.m.

Christopher Lee Frazier, 18, NW College Ave., was charged with possession of marijuana at 2:01 p.m.

Nicholas Daniel Pierce, 19, NW Heritage Ave., was charged with possession of marijuana at 2:01 p.m.

April 21

Duane Scott Langston, 20, NW Pine Road, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 12:31 p.m.

Humberto Cruz Romero, 42, of Jewell was charged with fourth-degree theft, shoplifting.

Jodi Lynne Bothum, 54, of Jewell was charged with fourth-degree theft, shoplifting.

Claudia Yaneth Lomeli, 38, Lincoln Way, was charged with fourth-degree theft, shoplifting.
