Tanner Allen Norman, 20, Pleasant Hill, was charged with possession of alcohol under legal age and possession of a controlled substance – marijuana.
April 8

Sherri Renee Harper, 40, Altoona, was charged with fifth-degree theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
John Forrest Nida, 20, NW Campus Ridge Ct., was picked up on a warrant.
April 10
Nicole Marie Hall, 19, of SE Ankeny Street was charged with fifth-degree theft, operating a vehicle without owners consent, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated, first offense.
Hall's father told police that Hall took a company vehicle overnight and also took $100 from his wallet.
April 11
Mark Allen South, 46, of NW North Creek Drive, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense.
