Hear Ankeny Centennial High School's New Fight Song

The Ankeny Community School District released the lyrics to the new Centennial High School's fight song Wednesday.

The song was created by alumni, students and a teacher, according to a press release from the school district. 

Lester Miller the future director of vocal music for Ankeny Centennial High School arranged lyrics compiled from four student contest submissions. And 1995 Ankeny High School graduate Travis Cross wrote the musical score.

Ankeny Centennial, Show us your Jaguar pride.

Stand up for Centennial, Spirit we’ll provide.

We’re loyal, courageous, Tough and triumphant; Strength through unity.

Oh, Ankeny Centennial, Go claim the victory!
