What does your business offer?

FIT 360 with Lisa offers individual training in the privacy of your own home or her training facility and small group training. She believes that personal training should be an affordable option for women who desire to get back into shape.

When and how did your business launch ?

My business started last September. However, at that time I was a dental assistant, and teaching classes at night. So I didn’t have amounts of time needed to put into FIT 360. Based on the interest I was having in my business, I decided to leave my dental career of 10 years and hit fitness full-time. It has been a blast.

Dream vacation

Our whole family LOVES the beach. I have had the privilege of going to Hawaii several times. My dream would be to take a whole family vacation and snorkel in Hanauma Bay.

Who do you admire most and why

OK this may sound a little sappy (and I’m not a sappy person), but if I am being totally honest, I would have to say my husband. He truly is someone I strive to be like. He has such a pure heart and pure motives and truly loves people. Not to mention just an all-around great guy!

Favorite childhood memory

Going to the beach with my family every year for about 2-3 weeks in the summer.

Least favorite chore

DUSTING! It seems pointless to me. At least when I clean the bathrooms they stay clean for a while. When I dust in the morning, by night it is dusty again.

Quantum of Solace. You can never go wrong with James Bond!
