Ian Joseph Rupp, 30, NE Delaware Ave., was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; and driving while licensed denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked, at 1:16 a.m. at 1400 SE Delaware Avenue.

Brian Craig Myers, 37, Earlham, was charged with speeding and operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 11:28 p.m. at SW State Street and SW White Birch Drive.

May 3

Brooke Ann Miller, 25, SW State Street, was charged with fifth-degree shoplifting at 3:42 p.m. at SE National Drive.

May 4

Aaron Schimunek, 29, Ames, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 2:19 a.m.

May 5

Alicia Genevieve Kus, 22, SE Village View Lane, was charged with operating while intoxicated, first offense; at 1:13 a.m.

Matthew Lyons, 28, Des Moines, was charged with driving while licensed suspended or revoked at 11:31 a.m.

Ronald Morris, 55, W First Street, was charged with public intoxication at 3:08 a.m.
