City High School Debaters to Participate in 'Lincoln-Douglas' Style Debate at University Capitol Building

City High debaters, Nate Moyston and Drew Gartner will conduct a Lincoln-Douglas style debate in the historic Old Capitol Legislature Room, on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 2:00 to 3:30 pm. The topic of the debate is whether or not non-citizens accused of terrorism should be given due process. The event is part of the Old Capitol’s Civil War exhibit currently on display in commemoration of the 150^th anniversary of the American Civil War.
