Iowa City is usually a warm and inviting place, except in the middle of January when the kids get school cancelled or delayed for three days in a row because of snow and bitter temperatures.

The video includes a five-person test run on a greased up toboggan down the Longfellow Elementary hill. I bet you're thinking National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Not so much.
