Service: Farmers State Bank provides a variety of different products and services to help meet the financial needs of their consumer and commercial customers.
The business started when Morris Neighbor started working with Farmers State Bank in October 1945 as a Teller just after he got back from serving in the Army. In 1968, Morris and his wife Betty decided to purchase Farmers State Bank, where he served as President and CEO until 1983. He then moved to Chairman of the Board until his passing in 2019.
Farmers State Bank is still owned and run by the Neighbor family. This tight-knit group anticipates their customers’ banking needs and are well connected locally.
Farmers State Bank joined the Business Partnership to learn more about other businesses in the area.
