Winter storms are normally over-hyped. Well, winter storm Rocky is one storm that bucked that trend.

Iowa Citians don't seem to mind, such as Longfellow Elementary students, Henry Sexton, 5, a kindergartner, and Diego Loria-Eivins, 6, a first grader, who quickly found their sleds and enjoyed the luxurious hill after the closing bell.
