Following a preliminary investigation, police believe there were multiple shooters and that the shooting was a "targeted" and isolated incident. The shooters may have escaped in the crowd of people rapidly leaving the nightclub after gunshots were fired, police said Sunday.
Cedar Rapids Police Chief Wayne Jerman told reporters Sunday that one of the 10 injured was in "critical condition," but an update has not been provided on their status since.
