Macaroni Kid Cedar Rapids to Host 3rd Annual Costume Swap
Partnering with the Eastern Iowa Sports Complex and Cedar Rapids Titans

In Cedar Rapids, Iowa on October 5th, 2013 10AM-12PM at The Eastern Iowa Sports Complex at 1100 N. 18th Avenue, Hiawatha. Swapping one Halloween costume for another will not only help people get rid of unwanted outfits but also keep those items out of our landfill. This eco-friendly program is based on the concept of "reduce, reuse, recycle” and is a healthier alternative to throwing away a costume. Many people discard their old outfits or buy new ones, but they can save money by participating in the swap. Last year we had 120 swappers participate and are hoping for more this year.
