Court records show her earlier Waterloo case and detail a more recent plea deal and suspended jail term. Authorities now appear to be seeking her on a warrant tied to that probation violation.

• Man Arrested for Lighting Tissue on Fire in Apartment Hallway (kwayradio.com) — Waterloo Police arrested a 70-year-old man after a small hallway fire at an apartment building on Kingswood Place caused minor damage when burning tissue was allegedly dropped on the carpet. Officers say they also found marijuana during the arrest, and the man now faces charges including reckless use of fire, fifth-degree criminal mischief, and possession of marijuana.
