• Judge allows foreclosure sale to proceed on Mission Gateway site (kctv5.com) — A Johnson County judge has cleared the way for foreclosure sale proceedings on the long-stalled Mission Gateway property, a key step residents and city leaders have awaited for years. Metropolitan Bank can now move to sell the site, with sale proceeds going into a court-supervised trust while the court later decides how to divide funds between the bank and contractors.
