• Authorities search for man who fled after brief chase in south Wichita (kansas.com) — Law enforcement is searching south Wichita neighborhoods after a man fled on foot from a reportedly stolen pickup near I-135 and 47th Street Tuesday afternoon. Kansas Highway Patrol used K9s and set a perimeter near 46th and Ellis, urging residents to call 911 about anything suspicious, though they don’t believe he currently poses a danger to the public.
