Playing Across Wichita Parks Pairs Music And Outdoors

City of Wichita Park & Recreation has united with musicians of the Wichita Symphony Orchestra to bring you beautiful music throughout the Wichita parks. Twelve performances are scheduled throughout 11 different Wichita park locations:

September 26 1 - 1:30 p.m. - Naftzger Park, 601 E. Douglas Ave. 1:30 - 2 p.m. - Pawnee Prairie Park, 2625 S. Tyler Rd. 2 - 2:30 p.m. - Fairmount Park, 1647 N. Yale Blvd. 2:30 - 3 p.m. - West Douglas Park, 3201 W. Douglas 3 - 3:30 p.m. - Chisholm Creek Park, 3228 N. Oliver 3:30 - 4 p.m. - McAdams Park, 1329 E. 13th St. North

October 3 1 - 1:30 p.m. - Cessna Park East, 6115 E. Mt. Vernon 1:30 - 2 p.m. - Naftzger Park, 601 E. Douglas Ave 2 - 2:30 p.m. - Murdock Park, 1808 E. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own blankets or chairs to relax as they enjoy this unique event.

COVID-19 safety guidelines will be followed. Participants are expected to social distance and wear a mask when social distancing cannot be maintained. If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms we ask that you stay home.
