Jefferson Parish Government: LANE CLOSUREWEST METAIRIE AVENUE SOUTHBETWEEN ATHANIA PARKWAY AND CAUSEWAY BOULEVARD

March 2, 2022

JEFFERSON, LA - Starting today, March 2, 2022 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., one lane at a time of eastbound W. Metairie Ave. South, between Athania Pkwy. and Causeway Blvd., will be closed. Traffic will be shifted into the open lanes of eastbound W. Metairie Ave. South.

This closure is necessary for resurfacing of the asphalt roadway at a cost of $67,427.50. Work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, March 11, 2022 at 3 p.m., weather permitting.
