JEFFERSON, LA - Starting Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 7:00 a.m., the eastbound lane of Kawanee Ave. between Henican Pl. and Page Dr. will be closed on a continuous basis. Traffic will be detoured from Kawanee Ave. down Henican Pl. to Meadowdale St. to Page Dr. and back onto Kawanee Ave.

This closure is necessary to restore defective roadway at a cost of $4,000. Work is scheduled to be completed by Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., weather permitting.
