• Court rules in favor of waterfront park, decision contested days later (boothbayregister.com) — A recent Lincoln County Superior Court ruling has reinstated a key shoreland zoning permit for Boothbay Harbor Waterfront Preservation’s Eastside Waterfront Park, allowing long-delayed shoreline work to move forward. Abutting property owners immediately appealed, arguing the project still violates several town zoning standards, so the case now heads back into another round of legal review and town board scrutiny.
   

• Pemaquid Chapter NSDAR (boothbayregister.com) — Pemaquid Chapter NSDAR members gathered at Boothbay’s American Legion Hall to review a busy year of historic, educational, and veteran-focused projects, many benefiting Lincoln County communities.
