Edgewood Elementary School will close early on Monday.
Teri Kranefeld, manager of communications for Harford County Public Schools, sent out the following message at 9:10 a.m.: "Due to a building power outage, Edgewood Elementary School will be dismissing students at 9:30 a.m. today, Monday, April 16."
