Improvement Program Comes To Perrywood Gardens
Tryko, the ownership group for Perrywood Gardens, has pledged $500,000 to upgrade the apartment complex outside of Aberdeen.

The real estate company that owns Perrywood Gardens recently gave a tour of the eight-building apartment complex to local officials, outlining a $500,000 improvement program.
Tryko purchased the 41-year-old complex in March aware of the "adverse conditions" at the property, according to a news release Wednesday.
Many improvements have already been made, while othersβincluding the evaluation of water pipes and the presence of bats on the propertyβare underway.
