• First piece of large Harford County industrial park wraps up development (wbaltv.com) — A major new 255,000-square-foot warehouse has just been completed at Technology Drive Logistics Park off I-95 and Route 22 in Aberdeen, expanding Harford County’s industrial footprint. The park is planned to total 713,000 square feet across three buildings, adding new logistics and leasing opportunities even as the broader Baltimore industrial market begins to cool.
   

• WebstaurantStore distribution center in Hagerstown to start shipping (heraldmailmedia.com) — Aberdeen is already home to one of WebstaurantStore’s three existing Maryland distribution centers, and the company’s new Hagerstown site will now handle more Northeast orders. The massive facility is ramping up to hundreds of jobs, offers higher-end starting wages and flexible shifts, and plans community giving through grants and donations that could indirectly benefit businesses and nonprofits across the state.
