Aberdeen Police Offer Rewards For Robbery Tips

Aberdeen police are seeking suspects in two separate robberies that took place last month in the city.

A reward is being offered in both crimes.

One robbery occurred at a gas station on Nov. 19, and the other at Clark Loan & Jewelry on Nov. 21.

Exxon Robbery

Police responded to a robbery at 8:54 p.m. on Nov. 19 at an Exxon gas station in the unit block of North Philadelphia Boulevard. Police said two teenage males "forced their way into the cashier's booth and removed currency" and then ran in the direction of the footbridge over the Amtrak tracks.

Police provided these suspect descriptions:

• A 16- to 18-year-old black male, 6 feet, 130 pounds with a medium complexion. Police said he was wearing a blue denim jacket, a blue baseball hat with "HILFIGER" in yellow lettering on the front, blue jeans and a dark green backpack with padded straps. A white tee shirt covered his face.
• A 16- to 18-year-old male, 5-foot-6, 130 pounds with a dark complexion. Police said he wore a dark denim hooded jacket with an unknown type of white mask covering his face.

Clark Loan & Jewelry Robbery

Police responded to an armed robbery at 4:36 p.m. on Nov. 21 at Clark Loan & Jewelry in the 100 block of North Philadelphia Boulevard. A man pointed a silver and black handgun at the cashier and demanded cash from the register before running from the store in the direction of South Philadelphia Boulevard, police said.

Police released this description of the suspect:

• A 20- to 25-year-old black male, 6 feet, 180 pounds, thin with a dark complexion. The suspect wore a green hoodie and blue jeans. A red bandanna covered his face.

Police are also seeking a man (pictured, see captions) who is considered a person of interest in the case.

Rewards for Information

The two robberies were outlined in separate releases from the Harford County Sheriff's Office on behalf of the Aberdeen Police Department.

Rewards of up to $2,000 are being offered in connection with both cases, through Harford County Crime Solvers and Metro Crime Stoppers Of Maryland.
