Nations Photo Lab is holding a drawing for 50 Memory Books to be awarded to people wtih a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia.

Just in time for the holidays, Nations Photo Lab's Memory Book Giveaway will award custom photo books to 50 lucky recipients. Criteria for entering the drawing requires applicants to have a loved one living with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia.
The idea for the giveaway is spearheaded by CEO Harvis Kramer, and the Cockeysville-based company's website gives the reason for donating 50 Memory Books: "Research finds that photos are more useful than words for memory recall in patients with mild Alzheimer’s Disease." Each Memory Book is customized from submitted photos and captions, and bound in a hardcover.
"We are truly grateful for Nations Photo Lab's generous support in the fight to end Alzheimer's and for choosing such a personal way to honor families that are impacted by this disease," says Executive Director David McShea, Alzheimer's Association Greater Maryland Chapter.
The deadline for entering the drawing is Sunday, December 5, 2021, at 11:59 p.m. PST. Register for the drawing here. All winners will be notified by email on December 6, 2021. One hundred percent of proceeds from purchased Memory Books, bit.ly/MemoryBK, will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association. Nations Photo Lab's support of the Alzheimer's Association also includes providing photography for the 2021 Greater Baltimore Walk to End Alzheimer's.

A picture is worth a thousand words
