Maryland's Last Store Of This Iconic Retailer Is Closing Soon
The store will close after more than 40 years of operation, according to a report.
PRINCE FREDERICK, MD — Maryland's last remaining RadioShack store is closing this weekend, according to multiple reports.
The store, located in Prince Frederick in Calvert County, will close Saturday after more than 40 years of operation, NBC Washington and WTOP reported. The decision to close was made after the store's owner died in January.
Cindy Henning, the store’s manager and sole employee who worked there for three decades, told WTOP she will miss the business "dearly."
