A Week Later, Man Reports West Street Robbery
A man said he had his wallet and cell phone stolen and was threatened with a handgun on May 12

Annapolis Police are investigating the report of a robbery on West Street on May 12.
Police said that on Tuesday night, they spoke to a 24-year-old Annapolis man who said that he was robbed more than a week prior. He told the responding officer that he did not report the robbery initially because the suspects had threatened his safety.
The alleged victim said that on May 12, he bought a drink from the 7-Eleven store near 114 West St. and then walked across the street to wait for a ride. He said he was approached by two men who demanded his wallet and cell phone.
