Annapolis Teen Dies in Swimming Accident in Little Magothy River

ANNAPOLIS, MD — State law enforcement has identified the body found in the Little Magothy River as an 18-year-old Annapolis man.

The body of Thomas Christopher Cervasio was found Saturday afternoon, according to Maryland Natural Resources Police.

Authorities say Cervasio was the victim of a swimming accident. The body has been delivered to the medical examiner for an autopsy.

Cervasio jumped off a bulkhead into the water with his father watching when he disappeared under the water, according to a WBAL report.
