The Parole-based ARINC, Inc., an aerospace technology firm, was sold to Rockwell Collins Inc. for $1.39 billion recently. At the time, its management said "few, if any" jobs would be impacted. But Wednesday, nearly than 20 job listings were posted to the online job seeking website Careerbuilder.com
