The best Airbnb in Maryland is a Chesapeake Bay mansion that hosted four episodes of "The Real Housewives," according to a new ranking.

SHERWOOD, MD — The best Airbnb in Maryland is a Chesapeake Bayfront mansion on the Eastern Shore, according to a ranking released Tuesday from Condé Nast Traveler journalist Ashlea Halpern. The 12,000-square-foot manor gained popularity after "The Real Housewives of Potomac" filmed four episodes there earlier this year.
Located in Sherwood, the Talbot County property sits between St. Michaels and Tilghman Island. The 30-acre estate boasts everything from a heated pool to a wet bar and a home gym. Ping pong and billiards tables also lie on site. The owners installed a playground over the summer, and they added a 160-foot pier this fall to complete a two-year renovation.
Intricate stone, tile and hardwood floors run throughout the house. The home sleeps 12 guests across eight bedrooms and 11 beds. With 11 bathrooms, there is a personal toilet for nearly every visitor.
